I, as should you, trust the experts. Ignore the background noise. This is what you need to know.
Acetaminophen/Tylenol use during pregnancy was not associated with children’s risk of autism, ADHD, or intellectual disability in sibling control analysis. This suggests associations observed in other, less rigorous analyses may have been attributable to familial confounding (aka erroneous finding):
Acetaminophen Use During Pregnancy and Children’s Risk of Autism, ADHD, and Intellectual Disability
This nationwide cohort study with sibling control analysis examines the association of acetaminophen use during pregnancy with children’s risk of autism, ADHD, and intellectual disability.

I remember getting my first COVID vaccine in December 28, 2020. I teared up with relief because my city had bodies stored in refrigerated trailers and we had kids dying from COVID in our PICU.
I got a COVID and a Flu vaccine today. I am still verklempt and grateful.

Any government that removes vaccine mandates will need a contingency plan to ;
•improve patient access to timely medical care
• increase pediatric medical &PICU beds
• ensure paediatric medical and nursing expertise
Paediatricians are already on guard and prepared but we cannot do it alone

Vaccines are scrupulously and rigorously researched, trialed, tested and continuously monitored. I get a little tired repeating this but it’s important.
They are not the villain but the potentially fatal diseases they prevent are. I and my colleagues have seen them all.
