Ah - probably not oriented towards hardware. Have fun with the robotics! And of course you know what to do - just go all in on Linux ;-)
Outstanding explanation about why atproto is such an exciting evolution for the web. This is why I got excited about Bluesky. Do take some time to read it.

Really disappointing to learn that @zed.dev just took money from racist and Islamophobic Sequoia Capital, who recently started investing in Israel in order to support Israel's genocide! Zed's team should be appalled and ashamed.

Shaun Maguire is once again being called out for blatant Islamophobia. He has been at this for nearly two years. Let's take a look. Thread 🧵👇

If this is for users, I think 'node' is too technical. People are familiar with 'cursor' and now you have them flashing, they're very 'cursor' like. So maybe something like 'SectionCursor' and 'ItemCursor'?

Sorry, the above isn't entirely accurate. They re-enabled the ability to see individual Tweets wihtout an account. But you can't see replies or view a thread - so no context or discussion. It's also not possible to view a profile page without an account. So still 'not part of the web' for me!
Amusingly 'The Session's' Twitter page loads fine if I'm signed into Twitter, but doesn't if I'm not. Along with all the other reasons for not using Twitter, the fact that it barely works for non-signed-in users means it's no longer part of the web as far as I'm concerned.

I too am curious about LLM energy usage per query. Amazon nova-lite is 1/100th of a cent per request! I asked @simonwillison.net about this and he confirmed that this is not a loss leader: bsky.app/profile/quin...
I have it on good authority that they are, for what that's worth.

Sounds useful. Did you make the code public yet?
