I know this has been pointed out and mentioning it isn't going to stop the abuses because "oh no, the hypocrisy!" but the military is banned from using tear gas in war, but cops can at home. And now a heavily armed paramilitary is regularly using it at home.
The incident is marks the third straight day that federal agents have deployed tear gas against Chicagoans and the seventh time in 22 days.
