Covid was a wasted opportunity. During lockdown the climate of earth drastically improved, outdated work practices were uprooted & people had time for their own lives. It's a shame none of that continued.

The dirty secret of most white collar work is that you don't actually need 40 hours a week to do it.

However, there's a collective action problem where no one wants to admit that, so people make up stuff to fill a week to justify their existence.

AI efficiencies will just mean more busywork

My experience of number 1 is it gets things wrong more than not, adds in security and accessibility issues almost every time, and wasted hours of people’s time checking it.
