Axing line 19 that serves the main campus of a Portland hospital is certainly a choice. Changes from a stop just outside the front of the hospital to a half mile to mile walk depending on choosing a bus or Max.
Go to trimet.org/servicecuts to learn more about the service cuts, share your feedback this month and help us shape the future of our transit service. The survey closes Jan. 31.
Planned Bus and MAX Service Cuts
Due to a growing budget gap, we must cut some TriMet service starting in November 2025.

Earlier this year, "Oregon Field Guide" joined more than 20 young Indigenous kayakers on a journey down a stretch of the Klamath River no longer hindered by four dams. But that exploration of community, science and meaning was just the tip of the paddle. Join us as we take a look back at 2025.

Nome, AK. Had no plans on riding while up helping some family. Friends of theirs loaned me a 2022 Trek Checkpoint ALR 5. He recommended a 20mi/30km loop up a close by hill. Headwind for 2/3 of the ride, bike that was a size too big, in street clothes. Still by far the best ride of 2025.

The problem isn't CGI. I love VFX! I think the problem is that you're watching a film that's three hours long and not about anything.

Cracked into our (final?) case of Abby Spice cider from @natwestinportland.bsky.social. It is a favorite. Great for the dark Portland winters.

2h13m! The question? How long would it take to get from the photo to the deli? That is best case, most other times are 2h30m to just shy of 3h.

Right now we're hearing about increased phishing attempts that go like this:

Attackers pretend to be Signal or Signal Support, then message people and try to get them to hand over their verification code or Signal PIN. Information that can let the attacker take over the victim's Signal account. 2/
