This is legal since it's well after 7pm, but shows why we need our bus lanes to all be 24 hours.

the boring machine for the blue line extension in montreal has arrived at the port, and is now being transported in parts to the viertières station worksite.
wow! merci pour le partage!
d’après le signaleur routier qui était sur place, c’est un des plus gros morceaux!

CT AREA FOAMERS!
if you have any footage of any CTRail trains (SLE/HL) please send them my way if you're fine with that. I'm trying to make a video on ctrail and i don’t tend to go that way often, so im rather short on it.
i voted at mcgill today at 14:30 and there was no waiting line.

We went by the brand new Confederation GO Station in Hamilton today.

Bus service started in 2019, now train service has finally arrived as well.

Will you venture to the new Confederation GO Station soon?

did you know that montreal once had the first fully automated metro in north america? the expo express was built for the world fair in 1967 and was in service until the 70s. today, you can still see an abandoned bridge that it used to run on.

It’s advance polling day for municipal elections in Montreal and all across Quebec! Go vote, it’s important 🧡✅
almost every single time i bike on the de maisonneuve bike path in downtown montreal, i see a near miss involving a delivery driver on one of these mopeds.
Perhaps one of the most urgent urbanism policies we can implement is to ban mopeds from bike lanes — in particular the kind with fake pedals (see image).

They literally endanger cyclists — which are what these bikes lanes are meant for.

Mopeds should have moped lanes. Not bike lanes.

did you know that in 2012, the city of montreal turned a former gas station designed by mies van der rohe into a intergenerational community centre?

Montreal is underrated for its residential pedestrian plazas. More of these. Everywhere.
not a *residential* plaza, but if you have time, i highly recommend stopping by the place des montréalaises at night for an amazing view of downtown.
