If you’re dealing with a chronic illness flare, remember it’s ok to rest.
You’re not failing.
You didn’t do anything wrong.
You’re not being punished.
Flare ups happen and the best thing we can do is lean in to radical rest as much as possible.
Save your spoons and give yourself grace.

Spent the whole day in excruciating pain and even went to the ER and the issue isnt even resolved. Not even totally sure what's causing the pain, only speculations.
I'm so tired.. hopefully its less painful tomorrow.
