my biggest pet peeve (both as a trainer and attendee): when attendees preface EVERY question by saying, “i have a stupid question…” or “this is probably a stupid question…”

oh, i get it. once the OB told us the chances of having another set of twins increased exponentially, we BOTH took provisions to prevent any more. because (fun fact) my oldest, who is 20 yrs older than the Blitzlets, was practically immaculately conceived. 😳
