We had our Duck Biryani T-Day, baked in clay dum style, with basmati rice saffron, sultanas, cashews and other Indian delights. I am currently recovering, feet up 🤣

We're doing an Indian T-Day this year with Duck Biryani, Green Beans with water Chestnut, Cauliflower nu Bhanolu, Pomegranate raita, dried fruit chutney. I'm going to be wearing this apron for the next almost 36 hours.😂
