It depends on the city/area/town. Example: in Celestine, one of the city lords is in charge of trade, but in a much smaller place like Thormund's Gulch, the citizens share their resources equally with each other.

There's a section of Asloria that my husband has been developing, and I think one of the stories he's writing for a character mentions how her village is suffering from resource scarcity. I don't know how much it impacts Kasandra.

Busy busy week. I have 4 days worth of appointments (Tues: therapy, Weds: eye doctor, Thurs: dentist, & Friday: primary care physician). Today my husband and I sold some of our leftover wedding decor at the wedding resale market.

Husband has to work this week, then our honeymoon is next week!

I can't decide between a TTRPG or a turn-based RPG like Baldur's Gate 3. I have used D&D to play out the story of the "Light's Rebellion" series, so maybe thinking about a turned-based RPG would be something fun and different?
