I can not stress how important it is that you be kind to customer service reps, especially when it's clear they're messengers forced to tell you something you don't want to hear. You're definitely not the first person they've had to talk to about it, so don't be an asshole to them.
I’ve heard you can literally, physically see the strain on these call center workers between shifts while they’re out and about. Cannot stress enough that this call campaign is way more effective than some people realize. Please be kind when you call. (3)

The original Let It Die was famous for its absolutely amazing soundtrack. Akira Yamaoka went and got in touch with a HUNDRED of his favourite indie bands and commissioned each to do a track named 'let it die'. The result was borderline mystical.
