Vaccination against hepatitis B at birth, which began in 1991, has spared a generation of Americans from this virus, which destroys the liver and causes liver cancer.
We'd lose all that progress if we waited until age 12 to vaccinate them, as Trump has suggested.

The CDC's vaccine advisory panel is set to discuss and possibly vote on the vaccine at a meeting next week.

No Democrat should vote to keep the government open unless ACA funding is restored for the millions of Americans at risk of losing health coverage next year.

Remember that this funding is on the chopping block because Trump and Republicans want to give the richest Americans a giant tax cut.

ACOG reaffirms that acetaminophen is safe for managing pain and fever during pregnancy. No reputable studies support suggestions like those in HHS’s recent announcement linking acetaminophen use in pregnancy to autism; in fact, high-quality studies show no such risk. https://bit.ly/47Wxc59

🚨 It's the LAST DAY to submit a public comment opposing the Trump administration's repeal of the endangerment finding, which protects us from pollution.

This rollback will make us all sicker while enriching Big Oil CEOs.

Remember: If we allow ourselves to fall into fatalism, or wallow in disappointment, or become resigned to what is rather than what should be, we will lose the long game.

The greatest enemy of positive social change is cynicism about what can be changed.
Shared clinical decision-making is very far from a strong universal COVID vaccine recommendation. There are access and insurance barriers. Vaccine access should not depend on what state you live in. Write your members of congress and let them know this is not ok.

As of 8am CDC's ACIP website does not have the proposed vote language for today's COVID vaccine recommendation posted. How is the public able to engage and provide informed comments? I testified before Senator Cassidy and @sanders.senate.gov on Wednesday- this is not radical transparency.
