While we spectate on The East Wing being torn down, it isn’t just another hallway, it’s where Eleanor Roosevelt built the modern Office of the First Lady, where WWII bunkers were hidden, and where the public enters the People’s House. Erasing it is rewriting history.

Trump's FTC just deleted articles by former Chair Lina Khan about the dangers of AI.

Meanwhile, Trump is fast-tracking data center permits after Big Tech gave huge donations to his inauguration.

AI is making the richest Americans even richer while everyone else pays the price.
A sua sponte en banc review is a step beyond ex parte. The unusual nature is res ipsa.
I'm thinking bulldozers, subdivision, and lots of buildings with T-R-U-M-P on them. Imagine how much a Grand Canyon Rim condo might sell for! Or a 2 bedroom on the floor of Yosemite Valley!
He doesn't own the building. It's not up to him to destroy part of the nation's history and take a shit on everybody in the process.

This is so fucking wrong. He’s just ignored the entire process that must be followed to mess with the peoples’ house. Like he ignores every other rule, norm, & law. I’m so fucking pissed off at his Republican enablers who let him do this. The White House is OUR house. Not his.
If dismissal is based on appointment of Halligan, the indictment is invalid, and there's no do over because limitations has run. I think the same goes for the other motion.

A dismissal may not be with prejudice, but limitations would produce the same result.

Comey's atty was a top DOJ prosecutor.

I was very young, 6 or 7, but I can say I saw the Dodgers play in the Colisieum.

Wally Moon was my hero, and, true to form, he lifted a "Moon Shot" over the tall screen that subbed for an outfield.

Of course, to center, the distance was about 600 feet past the fence set up to mark the field.
We are a nation of immigrants.

The destruction of the East Wing really bums me out in a way that I wasn't expecting.

I guess some of it is about the destruction of history. But I think it's mostly about the feeling of helplessness. There's nothing we can do to stop him.

Nobody is coming to save us. And it's going to get worse.

Two days ago, he took a shit on the American people. Today, he began demolishing the People’s House. That’s all he does. He shits on people, and he destroys things. Bcuz he’s a horrible person. I blame him a lot for the death & destruction he’s caused. I blame his enablers & his appeasers even more.
His motion to dismiss the Mar-a-Lago documents case made the argument that because he had exercised control over the material, it had become *his personal property*.

That seems to be his attitude in general towards the government.

I expect to see WH items up for bid on E-Bay soon.
Because those who might stop him are his co-conspirators (the Rs in Congress).

I'm not sure he hates the Constitution. That would imply he knows something about it. I think it's more likely that he ignores it because he doesn't know anything about it. It's just irrelevant to him.
The king does what he wants, permission is irrelevant. He thinks he owns the government and all of its properties. He'll be going after the National Parks with ideas for commercial exploitation soon enough.

I don't think we should let it go that the president posted a video of himself shitting diarrhea on us. It should be on his wikipedia page
