If I wanted these to be creamier, I’d add a bunch of butter, and pulse it a few times with an immersion blender.

Lots of ways to treat these. The important thing is that they’re super easy to make, filling, and yummy!!

Because I used chicken stock, this would be fine as soup as it is, or I could drain most of the liquid (which I would keep to use as chicken bean broth to make rice or any number of awesome uses) and serve them over rice, or as a side dish.
