Reference sheet for Mike the Oshawott, male character. Illustration contains clear front and back views of the character, along with the colors and accessories he uses. The moves Mike knows are: Razor Shell, Water Pulse, Aqua Jet, and Sleep Talk. Mike wears royal blue goggles on his head, with his hair covering over it partially. He has black sclera eyes, with a hint of brown and white pupils in them. Covered by the goggles, he has blue small spots as eyebrows. Mike also wears blue-and-yellow armbands and bandana, acting partially like a poncho as it covers his left arm. The bandana also contains a clip shaped like an Oshawott's shell, located on the end of the bandana where it is tied to. The caption above him details, "Hair always faces left. This pic, "Day 17", from 2020, (this was part of a "Month of PMD" prompt set that I never completed... oops!) was where I did a silly take on my headcanon postgame story of all my selves meeting!

Why yes, comparing each others' experiences by literally comparing the games they're from!
An Emboar named Dork, who I was in PMD Gates to Infinity, holds copies of each of the PMD games (North American releases, anyway), presenting them to the other PMD protagonists (from my playthroughs). They are, clockwise from bottom-right: Danny the Combusken from Red Rescue Team, Cia the Infernape from Explorers of Darkness, Daniel the Blaziken from Explorers of Sky, and Madoka the Quilava from Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon.

A silly part of my PMD world's lore is that Giratina almost always hangs out in the Distortion World, sitting out of mortal affairs, out of a gut feeling that they'll be branded a devil-ultimate evil if they do anything.

Human who got PMDed into a Zorua who's exceptionally good at using illusion magic for combat. Not because it actually had any combat experience when human, it just will think things like, "Damn I bet Lokix's body would be fucking perfect for doing Yun's Third Strike Divekick."

A character I have planned in the #pmd story I want to make is Zygarde, who spends much of the story in a Morpeko-like form, 5% (she's an OC design, so not a Z-A spoiler. Unless I got unlucky & the game turned out to do the same thing??)

This sketch was made a while ago.
A color sketch of my OC version of Zygarde. Unlike any of the canon forms, this Zygarde is of a custom form, 5%. In this form, she resembles the Pokémon Morpeko, being a small, potato-shaped rodent with stubby limbs, and a green-and-black coat with hexagonal patterns. She's holding out a walnut while smiling friendly.

One of the times I went full-throttle, was this moment from PMD Darkness, called "Darkrai's Offer". Ambitious for 2015-me with the lighting, tho now I'm struck by how crude it is compared to my modern skill. ^_^;

But it still captures the shock from the in-game moment, so I'm still happy with it!
In the deep depths of the pit of Dark Crater, the leader of Exploration Team Crimson, a Chimchar named Cia, is in shock and disbelief as his partner and best friend, Snake the Bulbasaur, has seemingly switched over to Darkrai's side! How could his friend take Darkrai's offer to rule the world together? To plunge the world into frozen darkness just to save himself!? This can't be... but... if you've played any version of PMD Explorers, perhaps you know the whole truth of this scenario. The composition has Darkrai, with villainous gesture, showing off how Snake's joined his side. Snake's got an expression of trying to appear friendly to Cia, but his fear is disrupting his attempt at a smile. Both Darkrai & Snake are lit in a way to frame them both in shadow (or at least, that is what I attempted, back when I drew this.). Cia meanwhile, is relegated to the corner of the composition, with only her shocked expression visible.
