En 1939, a las puertas de la SGM, solo quedaban 10 democracias en Europa. El resto, unos 16/17 países, eran dictaduras. Fue un proceso. Casi 2 décadas. Rusia e Italia, las primeras. Pero es fácil entender que, cuando solo te guía la ambición de poder y careces de valores, tu destino sea la guerra.

Pagar impuestos nunca viene bien. Pero ver a las mismas personas y colectivos que se quejan de los impuestos y lanzan bulos contra ellos a diario pedir ayudas y subvenciones con dinero público para sus cositas o rescates a sus negocios cuando pasa algo (como los incendios) es indecente.

If the argument is that the EU had no choice in the trade talks but to reward the US for breaking the law, because we need its security support, then a consequence should be that if the US takes Russia’s side in demanding that Ukraine give up land, then all bets will be off as regards trade.
