This is what it can do, I am pretty sure all the stitches over the edge of the fabric are overlock stitches, and H, J and K are coverstiches, which are commonly used for the parallel straight lines.

I think serger and overlocker are mostly synonymous, and based on this article a cover stitch machine is often its own beast, though combo serger/coverstitch machines do exist? I apparently have a combo that I got second hand from Craigslist, the Singer 14t968dc

WGA Statement on Paramount's Decision to Cancel The Late Show with Stephen Colbert

NEW YORK, NY (July 18, 2025)-The following is a statement from the Writers Guild of America East (WGAE) and Writers Guild of America West (WGAW):

On July 2nd, Paramount agreed to settle a baseless lawsuit brought against 60 Minutes and CBS News by President Trump for $16 million. On July 15, during a regular show of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Colbert went on-air and called the settlement a "big fat bribe" in exchange for a favorable decision on the proposed merger between Paramount and Skydance, a charge currently under investigation in California.

Trash and recycling union members are on strike.

From @boston25news.com - The affected MA towns are Peabody, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Gloucester, Wakefield, Marblehead, Malden, Topsfield, Saugus, Beverly, Danvers, North Reading, Lynnfield, Reading, Swampscott, Arlington, Watertown, and Canton.

Malden Connect: We’ve just been informed by Republic Services, the City of Malden’s trash and recycling hauler, that contract negotiations with Teamsters Local 25 have ended for the day without an agreement.

As a result, there will be no trash or recycling collection citywide on Tuesday, July 1.

At this time, this remains a day-to-day situation. However, the current plan is to resume collection on Wednesday, July 2, with a one-day delay for the remainder of the week.

We will continue to keep Malden residents informed as more information becomes available.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this disruption.
