Morgana loves sitting in my lap in the evenings, especially during the colder months, but if she hops up to the couch and finds my lap currently occupied, she sits there politely looking lost, until I move the thing and put a blanket over my lap for her.

She hadn't taken me down yet. I thought, it might be too early for her. Also I'm an introvert, I don't go out much, so perhaps it would take her awhile to occupy a space I was at. But then, as I walked by a pizza place on my way home, I heard it.

I've been reading books in the genre of, I guess it would be "cozy Japanese fiction" (though one book was Korean). They're kind of slice of life of individuals searching for answers sometimes in a cafe, mostly in a library or bookshop and a lot of them are about finding answers about life

I would switch to animating part-time for a bit so I could deal with the burn out that never actually ever was fixed. I would spend that time recuperating and experimenting in other avenues so I would have a wider level of experiences and building other skills and interests.
Honest question: If everyone got Universal Basic Income, no strings attached, what would YOU do with it?

The Starbucks bear cups were obviously a ploy to distract people from the Starbucks strike and that's weird because every new thing I hear about it makes me hate SB corporate and makes me take the side of the workers even more than before.

Every Thanksgiving, I pare back the Thanksgiving meal I make to a more reasonable amount so I won't have so many leftovers, but the insane amount of mashed potatoes I make is the same, to the point where they are essentially the main and everything else is a side.

My cats are overall very well-behaved, like I can leave food on the table beside them and walk across the room and they won't touch it. But in my presence, they are brazen, like they'll walk across the desk in front of me and try to stick their face into the sandwich I am currently holding.

Every time the Star Wars movie list ranking shows up on my feed, I have to acknowledge two things:
1) I have no idea what the movie order is of the new trilogy from just their names
2) I don't remember anything from any of the new movies after 2005, even though I know I've seen them all

The McDonald's parking lot pics are AI, right? Why are they both staged exactly the same? Why are there so many expensive cars in the parking lot? Am I to believe they would set their food down on the ground? Who is taking the one where they're all standing, is that an above shot?? Why the cans?

I desperately wish for a weekend where I don't enter in total exhaustion and end up having to spend both days sleeping and recuperating so I can be functional for the work week.
