Two years later, Terrence Butler’s loved ones still long for answers following his untimely death.

WARNING: This story contains references to suicide. If you or someone you know is thinking of suicide, call or text 988.

Drexel’s Terrence Butler died two years ago. The reasons for his passing still elude everyone who loved him.
His basketball career beset by knee injuries, Butler was found dead in his room at Drexel in August 2023. Reaching a definitive conclusion about why he took his life is akin to grasping at vapor.

Embiid illness is exactly what?
Like what exactly is wrong with his knee? Or the other knee?
Will he be a game time decision every game now no matter how many days since he last played?
Enough is enough.
Move on, Sixers.
He's playing you.
Say goodbye.
