Which begs the question: is this a coordinate effort for the express purpose stated? Don't want to go all tinfoil hat here but seems likely.
My hotline has been inundated with false reports recently and this shit is not just unhelpful, it is actively harmful. All you do is divert observer resources *and* cause panic in the community.

that car wash having it's exit on 4th ave is basically criminal. that intersection is made an order of magnitude more dangerous due to that alone.
