Next year I’m renting a truck where the bed is a video ad board and am going to roll through downtown for hours with this playing

This one rules, Dummy really just rules in general. I just received the "hand assembled" CD of their remix album, it's so fucking good.

I need a new hat or two, a good excuse to buy this Jeff Tweedy album Twilight Override hat, because I thought the glow in the dark moon phases were cool. And then it turns out that this is now by far the nicest hat I own, AS you make a high quality wool lid.

In the background a white and brown pit bull dog is sleeping under a blanket.

Seeing this tour when Cory Hanson was touring Western Cum was some of the best guitar fireworks I've experienced, the twin guitar attack was locked in

I haven't listened to Stankonia for a very very long time, so I tossed it on tonight. I honestly forgot, it really is an incredible album.

Spent like $35 on an import of Terris’s Learning To Let Go after reading some glowing review. Was expecting something along the lines of the Manics at their most furious… and it was a plodding grunt-fest

What albums does everyone regret buying? Loads for me, but the one that really sticks in my mind is K by Kula Shaker, which I forced myself to listen to joylessly several times in the desperate attempt to convince myself I hadn’t wasted my money, and still get cringes of regret about 29 years later.

It's one of the few albums I regret buying.
I'll Manage Somehow and Stardust are fine. The rest is mostly forgettable.

I saw them play a pretty small room in New York in 2003 and it ruled. Performed like they were playing a football stadium, just blew the doors off the place.

We were just passed on the highway by the most American vehicle I’ve ever seen, a dump truck that had:

- an American flag and the pledge of allegiance painted on the truck bed

- the lyrics to the first verse of GnR’s “Nightrain” in cursive painted on the side of the cab

I frequently skip Drums when listening to a show, but the first time I saw Dead and Co, when Drums hit I was like “damn ok, this is kinda like going to an industrial show”

Nobody has ever been as happy as these two when we let them swim in cold-ass Lake Superior up the north shore today

Oh yes. This was extremely small town Wisconsin, with 3 Gen Z employees that just did not give a shit.

We also were the only 2 people in the theater.

Tried going to the movies for the first time in over a decade to see One Battle. Had to walk out as it was starting because the image was dark and blurry, but the much much worse thing was a continual, EXTREMELY loud clanging from the HVAC.

Not sure if I’ll try again in the next decade lol.
