The impressive part is not that I managed to do cable incline flys on a stability ball, but that I then managed to get up off the stability ball without first flopping to the floor like a panicked fish and scrambling up from all fours, toddler-style. 💪

I successfully converted all my leg/core day exercises from static machines to cable pulley versions, and I’m really happy with how much more challenging they are to my stabilizer muscles.

However, whoever came up with oblique cable crunches, fuck you. Sadist 😭
