how the fuck do people have time to exercise?? the mayo clinic says the MINIMUM exercise is 2 ½ hours per week, but the recommended is A FULL HOUR EVERY DAY???? NAME ONE PERSON WHO JUST HAS A FREE HOUR EVERY DAY?????
