Award winning author of "The Unlife of Lisa Cooper" series and "The Vampires of 1863." Husband, father, and pug enthusiast.
Did you know I have a short story? It's only around 40 pages, so it won't bust your TBR. Magic and an evil blight within the woods of Watertown, MA. It's an Amazon exclusive and also available on KU.

Oof. Keep at it, friends!
I remind you again: publishing is like surfing. You see all the people riding the wave, but you don't see the majority of surfers either paddling against the tide or sitting on their boards, waiting for something to happen. Even the people on top of the wave might be in the doldrums tomorrow. 3/

I'm in the middle of querying on a novella. Should I hold off on doing more queries until January, do you think? There are agents open to queries but...... yikes.

Byron was a piece of work. Lord Ruthven in John William Polidori's "The Vampyre" is another example of a "monster" inspired by Byron. But instead of a petulant man-child, it's a himbo d-bag. Both fit, I think.

Vampire Urban Fantasy with a kickass female protagonist, a wee romantic arc, and a cool dog. "The Unlife of Lisa Cooper" delivers vampire adventure with an exciting mix of action, fangs, and heart.
