Dimon rightfully afraid of bribery charges and/or investor lawsuits down the road. Next administration should focus on prosecuting corruption.
Dimon on why JPMorgan Chase is not funding WH Ballroom:
We have an issue, which is anything we do, since we do a lot of contracts with governments here and around the world, we have to be very careful how anything is perceived, and also how the next DOJ is going to deal with it.

#Seattle charges the LOWEST parking rates needed to keep 1 or 2 spaces available on every block most of the time. That makes on-street parking easy to find. It also brings in a lot of cash for public services: $34.9 million in parking revenue in 2024.
Where is street parking now $8 an hour in Seattle?
City code requires the transportation department to adjust prices seasonally. The department adjusts rates in 50-cent increments based on demand.

Anderson Cooper: So it's more expensive to have a chronically homeless person living on the streets than it is to actually subsidize an apartment for them?

Answer: Yes, we’re paying more as taxpayers to walk past that person on the street and do nothing… #HousingFirst

Medtech is the best tech right now! Lots of exciting advances like this out of ETH Zurich, where researchers developed injectable drug capsules that can be magnetically steered to a target for precision drug delivery. They've already tested clot-busters, antibiotics and tumor medication:

Apple hosts "a Saudi app that allows men to track the movement of their wives and daughters. In 2019, Mr. Cook said he would investigate the app, but it is still available today."
