As a 65yr old brown woman w/a PhD, yes it's sexism. For POCs it's racism. It's not my opinion, it's my lived experience. We've lived the "work twice as hard to earn half the credit/job" forever. Now everyone is seeing it in real time. Sadly WOMAN raised these people.
