We spent an absolutely wonderful Thanksgiving with my very best friend (since 7th grade!!) and her family tonight. The food was spectacular and the company equally great. 💜

Super irritated that my insurance requires me to be enrolled in a “program” to get my Zepbound approved and filled. I lost 100+ pounds on my own with it plus my doctor’s support. But I signed up for Nourish because it is possibly covered at 100% and the providers seem extremely qualified.

This trip has been great for my work and absolute hell on my body. To say I am ready to go home is a massive understatement. I cannot wait to hug my family and pet my cats and sleep in my own bed, which I will likely not vacate for at least 24 hours.

I have to travel for work and I have been preparing like I am going off to the wilderness. Not only have I always had anxiety about needing something and not having it, now I’m old and picky and want VERY SPECIFIC THINGS or I will be cranky.
