Nederland importeert mega-hoeveelheden veevoer, waarvoor bossen worden gekapt en waar mensen in die landen van kunnen leven. Ook onze eigen akkerbouw staat voor groot deel in dienst van veevoer. Netto vernietigen we 52 miljard kilocalorieën per dag. Daarmee had je 25 miljoen mensen kunnen voeden.

It would make sense the next clusterfuck ended up in US insurance, tbh. They mostly dodged the post GFC reforms, have a super weird regulatory/supervisory structure, and the risk that was moved out of banking had to go somewhere
