Well I finally had to move my arm. So she got up. And not a minute later this one got herself snuggled up. At least my arm is free so I can get some work done on the laptop. I think they are having a turf battle, but it is a super slow moving & polite one. 🤣

Met today with a prof from Wash U who just finished a book about the Performing Arts in Branson. She wants to include me in some book events since I worked there in the ‘90’s. Then went to a pointe shoe fitting for a student. On my day off. I deserve a prize for this imo. ☕️

Solid day: Got the car & driver’s license both renewed, got some groceries & a matcha, cleaning the loft, got invited to speak at an event for a new book coming out by a colleague at Wash U, the weather is nice.

If it were not for the fascism it would feel like a nice normal Friday.

But for real, I did tell Arcell to
move to NY & train at Ailey over 30 years ago. Now he has traveled the world, has a dance legend for a husband, has a Tony and a Bessie award, and is still the sweetest person I met years ago. What a gift. 💜

I have some dear friends in town from NY & we just had ourselves a time on the roof at Moonrise. I went straight from work at 9 & I just got home. What a wonderful thing to have such friends.

You guys that klan rally/funeral thing Sunday nite sure was something. Definitely need more pyro at funerals. Also the rapture is the next few days so that is cool. And Tylenol causes autism bc a guy w a brain worm said so.

People are making videos saying they will take care of raptured people’s pets after the rapture for a small deposit of $1000 (non refundable) & their venmo info. 🤣

My tiktok is currently people who are leaving directions for people left behind to take care of their houses (rapture preppers) & people laughing about it & saying to throw your old clothes on the lawn on the 24th so they think they got left behind.
