Trump is letting NVIDIA export cutting-edge AI chips that his own DOJ revealed are being illegally smuggled into China.

His own DOJ called these chips "building blocks of AI superiority."

Trump and Lutnick need to answer to Congress on why they are selling out US security.

Not only is ICE snatching hard working people who are trying to earn a living, they’re taking their money too?

A witness recorded ICE agents taking a cash box from a taco stand in La Puente during an operation where four people were arrested.

I wonder how the people of California, MO feel about elected reps saying they should have no say in what goes on in Missouri?
Here's Rep. Ann Wagner (R-Mo.) raging about Missouri's elections being "decided in California" in response to an article about Missourians protesting a gerrymandering petition in California -- except the article is about the town of California in Missouri.

Hard to overstate how much of our future democracy is going to be driven by the intellectual parlor games musings by Justices that happen to align with their financial and political sponsors.

Oh no, wait, I wrote it *two years ago* when it was blatantly obvious what was going on and how it would get much much worse.

"Are you impressed by Richard Hanania?" has become a good litmus test.

Value debate over substance? Influenced by X? Have trouble with bad faith? Taken in by fancier words? Think showing you're open to toxic ideas makes you better than people who aren't?

it’s been pretty funny to see Polis’ addiction to posting completely end any discussion of him as a potential 2028 candidate

It’s important to remember there are two scandals here:

1. The Administration has likely committed war crimes.

2. But the entire operation - which now includes two dozen attacks - is illegal. In our democracy, the President CANNOT wage war without the consent of the people.
BERMAN: Did you see any evidence of them trying to use a radio in the video you saw?

TOM COTTON: Well I saw lots of evidence of them standing on the boat that had been capsized

BERMAN: That wasn't my question. Did you see any evidence?

COTTON: No, I didn't

Given that the Russians quite literally drafted our capitulation plan for Ukraine one has to wonder about whether there wasn’t at least a bit of cutting and pasting here.

Affordability concerns are real because:
- Tariffs raise import costs
- Deportations make it harder to harvest crops
- Attacking Obamacare hikes premiums
- Budget deficits raise mortgage payments
- Undermining the Fed risks inflation.

It's not a hoax; it's a policy choice.
