Jeff. A creature of habit, taste and dislikes. Busy doing nothing. Tired of people.
£250k a week seems extremely unlikely. A move to Leeds also seems unlikely, though it would probably suit all parties. It's certainly time for #ManCity to move him on.
Leeds have enquired about a loan for Kalvin Phillips but want #ManCity to make a 'significant contribution' to his £250,000-a-week wages. With a deal unlikely to happen, Phillips has little choice but to consider offers from numerous clubs in France, Spain, and Germany.

I see #ManCity fans are replacing Pep this morning. I've just seen Ange Postecoglou's name mentioned on the other app. Deary me.

They want a return to good old fashioned Quality Street!

Arguably worse than Spurs at home earlier this season. A really poor performance from everyone, including Pep. An opportunity for 2 or 3 players to step up to prove their worth, but all they have done is show why they are not playing regularly #ManCity

Flekken has made 3 or 4 errors that #ManCity have failed to capitalise on. Sums up how bad we have been.

#ManCity have to score in the next 10 minutes, otherwise the game is beyond them.

That's a really poor goal to concede. This performance is reminiscent of last year. #ManCity

Not sure how Savinho stays on ahead of Bobb. There's clearly a reason for it, but I can't quite work it out #ManCity

Very tame from #ManCity. I'm not sure I understand what the instructions are. We're making little use of Lewis, opting to send everything down the left. There's no variation in our play and we're lacking vision - it's too predictable and easy to defend against. Changes needed.

Iliman Ndiaye is great to watch, just one of those players that wants to entertain. Hard to see him staying at Everton beyond the summer - I'm sure he has plenty of admirers.

Sky absolutely delighted with that win. #ManCity

Hard to see a way back into this for #ManCity. It's always hard playing against teams that sit deep defending a lead, but Newcastle are organised and have a huge presence in the box - crosses won't work and it's too congested. Our finishing has been really poor too. It'll take something special now.

Not showing the VAR check then? No? The officiating has been abysmal today. #ManCity

Probably one of the hardest away fixtures of the season this, but frustrating to be behind nonetheless. The Haaland and Foden misses have proven costly #ManCity

How on earth have Newcastle made it to the hour mark without a booking? Tonali and Joelinton especially lucky not to be carded. Not every foul requires a card, but it's been persistent #ManCity

How has Foden missed that?! #ManCity

#ManCity's back 4 can't handle the pace and intensity that Newcastle are playing with. Some more pace and a little more support from the midfield is needed. Cherki a little bit of a passenger so far, as I thought he might be against their pressure. Haaland should have put us ahead.

Watching #ManCity U18s in the Premier League Cup - an enjoyable game, and a reminder that I don't watch enough youth football these days. Teddie Lamb, City's new signing from Leyton Orient, the pick of the bunch so far (and probably this season too). One to watch this year, perhaps.

Thought I would have a little look at the Scotland game - Szymon Marciniak is probably one of the best referees in Europe at the moment, but he's had a mare giving Kristensen a second yellow for that. The penalty decision was a bit ropey too. Our wee friends have been pretty poor however.

Don't most DJ's just use an iPod anyway?
A playlist on shuffle is better than a DJ for all parties, most pubs, and more than half of all clubs. You have to be VERY good as a DJ to be better than an iPod on shuffle.

Decent player that Haaland, might have a good career you know.

What on earth is Rob Edwards doing? Swapping high-flying Boro for Wolves, who look certain to go down. I understand there's a connection with his new club, but considering the respective positions of both clubs, it just looks like a bizarre decision.

I don't expect many of my international friends to understand this, but that Asda advert can fuck off.
