Jeff. A creature of habit, taste and dislikes. Busy doing nothing. Tired of people.
I think Hayes should be looking at it from a different angle. Greenwood shouldn't join the group because he's a c...

Simple as that really.

It's a bit like replacing Kevin de Bruyne, there is no like for like replacement - both are unique and are unlikely to be emulated, but you can bring in players that that offer something similar or have the potential to. Nypan is certainly someone to watch.

I think he will prove to be a good signing in time, but not necessarily a great one. He's the replacement for Kovacic in my opinion, whose race is very much run.
If he can reach the heights of Kovacic in his pomp, then he will surpass my expectations. Replacing Bernardo is far more important.

Reijnders will be the next fall guy when they're done with Bobb and Savinho. As you say, some are already questioning his worth, yet most sane people know that it takes time for new midfielders to click under Pep. Some adapt quickly, but most needa full season.

Very odd, isn't it? Sadly it doesn't just stay online. I'm almost certain the fella who sits Infront of me just goes to the game so he can moan about the team on a weekly basis. Another guy suggested Rodri was too fat to play for City these days 😂 we should buy Declan Rice instead... as easy as that

Tell you what, let's sack Pep before Christmas, sell the squad and go on a shopping spree in the January window. We'll get Yamal, Dembélé and Olise in. Easy.

This follows an earlier suggestion that Doku should be dropped for Marmoush, 'cos the Belgian is not good enough, apparently. Utterly bemusing.

You can't win them all and nor should we expect to. That's what I often say when we lose, but on some occasions it's right to be disappointed, particularly when it's on the back of such a performance. It's easy to blame this player or that player, but everyone was poor tonight. Frustrating. #ManCity

Can't see that - there's always a shortlist of managers, and I very much doubt Ljimders is on it.

He's become so ineffective. He clearly has the potential, but he just hasn't kicked on this season. It's extremely unlikely, but I think he needs to go out on loan to rediscover the form he showed at Girona, where he was exceptional.

Good win for Everton - you don't expect them to win at U*d, but they battled through and deserved it. As for Idrissa Gueye, he should be sent packing.

And what the fucking hell are those Tesco adverts all about?! They actually paid an agency to dream that stuff up.

I think it's the nature of the loss, rather than the performance that has disappointed some. There were too many moments that didn't go out way - the chances we missed, the decisions etc., but ultimately it wasn't a terrible performance.

26 games to go. I'm not reading too much into this weekend. Yesterday was very frustrating, but nothing like the games against Brighton and Spurs. I expected nothing more than an Arsenal win today - Spurs are woeful in the derby. We'll get better, and Arsenal will stumble eventually. It'll be close.
