I agree with those who say we need to drastically reform the system, but this isn't reform, it's regression.

The ACA extension is blocked now by Senate Republicans. No surprise, but I do hope they have horrific medical conditions in the new year that cause them extreme distress.

ACA subsidies need to be extended! So far in the vote, three Republican senators (Susan Collins of Maine, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, and Dan Sullivan of Alaska) have broken with their party and supported the Democratic proposal to extend the premium subsidies for three years.
