Anyone working for a reputable company would be properly trained to assess danger on the job and to NEVER put yourself in danger. That's basic. If you're stupid, ignore training, put yourself in danger and if unlucky you will get hurt.
If the company did not train employees adequately & they die...

FYI there is actually a special blood test which I had a year ago. It tests if you've ever had "wild" Covid-19. Otherwise we all test + for antibodies from the 9 doses of vaccine we've had
