Today’s reading spot

Went to one for the first time a couple weeks ago, great experience. Talked with the NP for like 90 minutes and then to the psychiatrist after. I have always suspected I have ADHD, but it is more severe than I expected. Medication has drastically upped my quality of life, I feel in control again

My Fuji in shambles after seeing these posts
