Really pleased that work will start next year on repairing the Category A-listed Soutar’s Shop in Birse, enabling the unique time capsule to open to visitors. We have supported this project with a series of William Grant Foundation and #HESsupported grants.

I am sure a house swap for a small cottage at Balmoral can be arranged. Failing that Andrew Windsor can find a remote monastery & go and atone for his remaining years. The last Emperor of China was a working gardener.

A Times exclusive tomorrow reveals Andrew has paid no rent on the Royal Lodge at Windsor for two decades and his family are entitled to live there until 2078.
The Crown Estate, which manages Crown properties for the benefit of the taxpayer, would need to pay him £558,000 if he gave up the lease.

Happy #NoKings day to all our friends in the US!
Here's a parody of "Bui-Doi" (Miss Saigon) about the protests, sung initially from the perspective of ICE 'veterans'. Sorry about the ropey accents. 😜🎶
