vacuum every single day. I make a point to keep the place I live *very clean.* Seeing a dirty disease carrying roach in my tub makes me livid! I’ve asked him to address this several times. He claims to have had a plumber come out to make sure the pipes aren’t cracked anywhere, but I doubt that!

NEW: There’s a disaster unfolding in Alaska right now. And no major network is covering it.

The remnants of Typhoon Halong battered western Alaska overnight. Homes, with people in them, have literally been swept into the Bering Strait.

At least 20 are missing. No comment from any federal agency.

I’ve managed to keep my aloe plant alive, and it’s sprouting a baby! I can’t believe it! I’ve killed so many plants and this one is alive! My mom’s composted dirt really has helped.

My two cacti are also doing well 😄

I have a site that I have not set up yet. I’ve only taken commissions/sold stuff via social media

I’ve never heard them called toboggans, but that’s so cute! I make/donate winter hats for unhoused/poor kids every year and it’s one of the few times I’m happy to work for free

I do crochet commissions and some people will often lowball me, or ask me to do projects that can take close to 100 hours for free if they buy yarn. A lot of people don’t value the skill it takes for someone to make something and/or they’re stupid and can’t do the math. Your prices are very fair!!

That’s part of the reason I hate true crime. Some true crime show covered the person in my family that went missing and hearing her discussed after hello fresh ads made me want to vomit.

I read that the bodies of murdered indigenous women are labeled unidentified something like 135% more than other races. I was horrified to see that. You and all other indigenous women/people deserve so much more than this awful country gives 💜

I’ve been his tenant for 10 years and he is indeed very dumb. I’ve used return receipts in the past for this very reason, but he complained and told me not to do that because he’s never home to sign when they show up. I know how to handle it, but it’s incredibly maddening.
