How are we gonna make sure everyone knows not to park in the cycle path?

Every time I call the NHS or a doctor I get:
"So sorry, my computer has frozen - can you give me a minute?"

How much time does this waste?

Nothing says ambition and change like saying you'll cap ground rents at peppercorn rent in FORTY YEARS.

FORTY YEARS

PM: “We're capping ground rents at £250”
PM caps ground rents at £250 a year in game-changing shake up of leasehold system and to support families with the cost of living.

Of the seven showings of Melania coming up later this week at the Vue in Westfield Stratford, just five tickets have been sold for three of the showings.

Four showings have no tickets sold.

One showing has just one ticket sold - in the VIP seating area.

Absolutely shocking. Brilliant London Centric piece. www.londoncentric.media/p/tiktok-lon...
Who's secretly filming fake TikToks inside Londoners' homes?
We tracked down the viral video account invading people's houses to spread false claims about immigrants.

Please rename Stratford International to Stratford High Speed or Stratford Highspeed.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER.

This is insane and completely wrong. I guess it's much easier to do now than in Soviet times.

Journalists should probably not publish any images created by the White House without disclaimers they could be altered, unless they can independently verify they represent actual events.

Any of my followers know why the nearest Boris Bike station to Hackney Wick station is a 5 minute walk away rather than directly outside?

This is so lame: In Google Maps, navigation is not possible within the Taveuni island, Fiji, if crossing the 180th meridian, only if staying on one side of it. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/180th_m...

Anyone know of any actually good shower water softeners? My skin has been so much worse since moving back to London.

I do not have this issue in Manchester or Bristol!!

Someone cycling on the pavement having the audacity to ring their bell at pedestrians is crazy main character syndrome that needs studying

I've been at Hackney Wick less than a minute. In this time there have been multiple announcements:

- Don't board trains when the alarm is going off

- Text 61016 if you see something suspicious

- Police are on the trains, have a valid ticket

Do we really need this many?

Drivers aren't allowed to drive on a pavement which logically means driving on to one to park is already illegal.

But because you could maybe argue someone craned a car on to the pavement we have to debate introducing a specific ban.

Our country is a joke.

I was 20 when HS2 was announced. Great to know i’ll probably be in my late 60s when the Birmingham-Manchester section starts work let alone finishes. Seems like a country doing things the right way!

There's an easy way to tell that I'm not in London today: nearly everyone is parked on the pavement, and there's no room to walk!

This is *excellent* forensic journalism by The Times: clear explanation using video evidence. This is the best of Times journalism.

I call on my party and my government to remove themselves entirely from X and communicate with the public where they actually participate online and can be protected from such illegality.

Parking on the pavement in London has been illegal for 52 years and in the rest of the UK it's just a fact of life. Central government just opted against a blanket national ban. Anyway here's an excellent advert from when it was banned in London: www.youtube.com/watch?v=a8Yg...

The problem with using ULEZ as an attack line in the upcoming mayoral elections is that it's already in operation.

Anyone who doesn't have to pay it can't be fooled into thinking that they might have to this time - they'll know that they don't.

Leaves you with a minority who'd actually be swayed.
