If you want to reduce the cost of the Cycle to Work Scheme why not make it so 40% taxpayers no longer get more money off than standard rate payers?

Even if they were used for a £4k bike to go to the Surrey Hills, so what? It costs the treasury £130 million a year. The Lower Thames Crossing cost £1.2 billion, for context. Obvs that's different, but it's still worth the context.

Cargo bikes can cost thousands but they'll replace a car, so cost society less in improved health, less damage on roads, less likely to kill someone

It should not be normal to be on a waiting list to register at a dentist and have less than three hours notice to come off it, with the only other option being a TBD date in the future. Crazy this has become so normalised.
