The Water Baron makes three. Lord of Water and proprietor of a giant floating casino. The Will of the Water Baron gives him incredible calculative abilities, allowing him to anticipate events so effectively that he can nearly predict the future. Brilliant, beautiful, shrewd, not to be trusted.
A man with dark teal hair, a long, thin braid, and a black eyepatch, wearing an elaborate black and red hat with a teal-colored feather sticking out of that. He wears a black longcoat with a curved collar and several gold accoutrements, a red triangular pattern at the bottom, and a fluffy trim. He wears black high-heeled boots and striped pants, and is snapping his fingers, producing a spark. A black orb with a white droplet etched onto it is imbedded in his forehead. Details of the Water Baron, including a demonstration of his ability to light his braid to explode his own body, his sigil--which looks like a curvy question mark with a spade at the bottom, and the symbol imbedded in the orb on his forehead, which looks like a water droplet. It also shows a breakdown of the layers of his outfit, including a top-down view of his hat, which is folded to be shaped like a curved water droplet as well.
