I don't think it's a good idea to give such huge responsibility to a man in his late 70s whose experience includes multiple bankruptcies, fraud, racist rental policies and sexual assault.

💯!!! Stores can offer discounts to anyone they want-whether they are using cash or not. SNAP customers' EBT cards won't work anyway.
What I want to know is how would this be monitored or enforced? I'm not even sure it is real, tbh.
