Getting the Aitiascope in roulettes made me think of Amon trying to interfere with Rhalia´s plan to have Ivonne and co guided to Hydaelyn with a string of familiar faces. Meddling with the meddler, so to speak. Leading to a little "CAUGHT YOU" moment during the final bossfight.

I gotta pose that Scene I added after 4.1, Ivonne visiting Fordola with a bottle of Saké and two cups. One of multiple added scenes between these two during the patch, but it´s their turn from still largely antagonistic to friendly. "I like to drink with those who choose to risk their lives for me."

Reconsidering. Not sending Val into the dome for 30 years, I think it would be infinitely funnier if she’s travelling yeehaw land with Estinien or something. All we gotta do is adapt her Alexandria chapters and design a little. She’d still be involved in the Arcadion plot…

The drink uses date palms, but "all of the date palms native to [the Peaks] have been cut down." As such, the ingredients to make it "have grown increasingly sparse" so bottles are very rare and expensive.
However, a spy in Skulls sent date palm seeds from Garlemald to his mother in Coldhearth.
Coldhearth has planted the seeds, and plans to trade with Ala Ghiri when they make their harvest.

Fuck I gotta rewrite that last part when I get home. The “That’s what rebellion got you” / “Same thing loyalty got you” thing might be more appropriate for when these characters actually know who the other is. Gotta keep the icy and antagonistic dynamic here.

Since canon did not give us a conclusive answer, I still choose to believe the final boss of Yuweyawata is simply Cahciua´s fursona.
