2. Lighting is everything!
3. If you stretch & clip it right, you can even make it look like it's streaming down the cheek

so the tears are props... so theoretically.... if I (or someone else) stabs the weapon/prop bone in the eyes... and stretch them with animation... hmmmmmm.....

Why hasn't anyone made the crying vfx a thing you can call upon yet (emote/ring/whatever) or am I just not looking in the right places.... or worse... am I gonna have to learn vfx stuff.

Making the eye lids work was scary bc I was squinting at an unfamiliar file type and graphs, but it wasn't so bad.
I guess my next step for learning's making the expression use a unique path so it doesn't mess with other emotes.

bonking my head at Estinien's animations again, cuz can anyone tell me why they're ported and useable in gpose just fine to literally any other gender and race BUT male Elezen models? Did he put a curse on them so he's the one and only male Elezen model that can use them? Is it Niddhog? I'm gonna-

By the by, this isn't a bug. Some looping emotes have a short part dedicated to 'start' the animation, then the loop kicks in. The modded animations runs on the loop part of the emote, not the start animation.
As a side note, these mods are made with gposers/video editors in mind, not roleplay.
