Seeing all the food porn from Thanksgiving dinners just hits different this year. It feels icky considering what people are going through right now. I won't begrudge people their holiday but, I don't know what I'm trying to say. Really shitty November.

Actually, I stand corrupted. It was regurgitated by outlets that did not bother to follow it up and fact check it. It was all over mainstream media the other day. However, there doesn't seem to be much proof that there was any connection to terrorism.

I really hope people are still getting Covid tests. My dad is very ill and had to cancel Thanksgiving today and Covid always spikes around the holidays.
Spending Thanksgiving dinner alone in the spare room because I am sick and coughing obnoxiously, but the family came together like champs to take over dinner and I can hear them having a great time in the other room, and I am content, if physically miserable.
