I know people who lost their homes and some even fell into addiction and suicide over that pay system not issuing pay. It might be the worst government boondoggle ever, spanning now three PMs.

And there are many many many more like me who were underpaid or had payments not issued at all that had catastrophic impact on our daily lives. That pay system is a complete and utter disaster of epic proportions.
