Hi! I'm Steve. 14+ years ago I accepted a Night Shift QA Role at 2K Games via Craigslist (Yes, really). Since then, I tested 30+ games, and at my last studio, I transitioned into working in Production!

So my current team is awesome, but with Q4 being always fun to job hunt during, and my contract potentially ending at the end of the year (though maybe it gets extended, who knows) I’m starting to look for new production or QA Leadership opportunities for early 2026. First game I've been credited on in like... a decade (due to working on Live Service titles) launched this morning at 6 AM Local. Around 7AM, we have almost 10k people watching on Twitch.

All this is so surreal to me. Voyagers of Nera is now live in Early Access.

In researching my latest video, I found a clip of dialogue cut from the first X-Men film: Magneto makes it much clearer why the Mutant Registration Act will lead to something worse than the act's "intention." I think it should've been kept in!
