Canada needs to get rid of the NotWithStanding Clause.

No politician should be able to override the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. NO ONE.

The Charter is one of the foundations of our country.

Any politician who wants to override it is a coward or a despot.

There can be no debate about that.

Premier Smith introduced a bill to strip Albertans of Charter rights,

denied MLAs the opportunity to debate it and the courts the ability to scrutinize it,

and did all of this from her seat on a jet to Saudi Arabia.
