Feels bad to be like “please buy my wares” with everything going on but as artists living is important, spreading creativity and joy is important, you must live. Support artists as much as you can right now because everything is more expensive and most of us are barely scraping by

Every single blue Governor of every single blue state needs to be calling up their national guard regiments and IMMEDIATELY locking up EVERY SINGLE ICE AGENT

OH YEAH you can also display pins/buttons more efficiently too, so they don't get caught in the overlap!
Hot take: con lanyards/badges should be double-clipped so they're easier to read, they don't flip over as easily, and so bad actors have less of an excuse to hide their basic info. Accessibility and accountability for everyone!

I'm happy to say that I'm directly working with local events to prevent this from happening again. My next con will have proper signage indicating expectations on smoking and vaping, and DLCC (where this happened) is expected to follow suit. Don't mess with Lex :)
There was a guy last night who had an issue with me smoking THC-A away from a crowd, but was a-OK with swearing in front of his kid and hitting me when I told him his badge was flipped (hidden intentionally). I brought it up with staff, it's been filed under assault and a BOLO was issued. FAFO 🥰
