So I ended up short on my last paycheck due to missing work with no pay because i was out with covid.
Im missing about $700 from my check, and have gotten help over the last few weeks but still need about $500 to fully make it to next paycheck.
Anything helps two trans people survive!

Personally, i actually love writing just for me and no one else. It's cool that there are definitely people who read my work and technically have an "audience", so to speak.
But I'll never enjoy writing as much as when it's solely just a passion project for me like how all my mechsplo stuff is.

This paints such an incredibly vivid, haunted, and bleak picture. One of the best very short stories in the space, imo. Crafting such an overbearing sense of tragedy and loss in less than 3000 words really is a testament to maggie's skill
