Prop 50 WAS A RESPONSE TO ILLEGAL REDISTRICTING IN TEXAS & OTHER RED STATES TO DILUTE AREAS WITH MINORITIES TO SHUT THEM OUT OF THEIR POWER TO VOTE. At least here in California, the decision is given to voters and NOT to “so called” redistricting committee ruled by MAGA!!!
